1. Shipping Information

How long does delivery take?
  • — Standard orders are delivered within 1–7 working days across India
  • — Custom printed orders require an additional 5–10 working days after final design approval before dispatch

Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout after entering your delivery details.

Where do you ship?
We deliver across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express and air shipping options are available. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Payment InformatioN

What payment methods do you accept?
  • — Online Payments: UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Credit & Debit cards, Net Banking
  • — Cash at Store: Available for in-store orders placed at our Ghaziabad office
Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Orders and Returns

Do you accept returns?
Due to the highly customized and delicate nature of wedding stationery, we have a strict no-return policy. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. In the rare event that a wrong or damaged item is sent and a replacement is out of stock, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
