Shipping policy

At Blossom Invites — crafted by Shiva Cards, we partner with reliable delivery services to ensure your wedding cards and stationery reach you safely and on time. All orders are dispatched from our main operations office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

1. Shipping Estimated Cost

Shipping Charges: Shipping within Delhi/NCR is charged at a fixed rate of ₹500. For orders outside Delhi/NCR, shipping starts from ₹500, and any additional charges based on the delivery location, package size, or weight will be confirmed by our Customer Support Team before dispatch/delivery

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We deliver across India. Shipping timelines vary based on your delivery location and the nature of your order.

Standard Ready-to-Ship  (Without Printing)

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–7 working days from dispatch

Additional Time Required for Custom Printing

If your order requires printing, additional processing time is needed after you approve the digital matter/design:

  • Peak Wedding Season: 8 to 10 working days after design approval
  • Off-Season: Printing is typically completed faster, but we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to avoid any delays.

3. Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders from Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national/public holidays).
  • While we make every effort to ship all items in a single package, some items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and packaging requirements.

4. Receiving Your Shipment

Your order is packed securely to prevent damage.

Important: If you notice that the packaging is damaged, crushed, or shows signs of tampering upon delivery, do not accept the shipment. Please decline the delivery and contact our customer support immediately with your order reference number so we can arrange a replacement.

5. Invoices & Taxes

In compliance with Indian Tax Regulations, all shipments (including those marked as gifts) will include an official tax invoice showing the product pricing.
